How cooperation works
Send the project documentation and bill of quantities — we price the full scope or an agreed package. Work is planned around the construction schedule and handed over with documentation.
After handover
We provide establishment care for the planting and multi-year contractual maintenance until the owners association or manager takes over — one responsibility from planting to takeover.
